Pros	Buying tips
Uses many major muscle groups thus burning a lot of calories. Smooth motion: rhythmic and impact free. Very good cardio workout – top rowers are super-fit athletes!	Consider the amount of space required to store a rower. Top of the range models will be more robust and pleasant to use.
Cons
Requires quite a lot of space, unless you choose a folding model. Intensive, so beginners can tire quite quickly. Not good for Osteoporosis due to flexion of the vertebrae.
