Offers a wide range of different workouts for all abilities.	A good choice for warming up or a full workout. A good choice for any athlete whose sport involves running. Entry-level models will give good service, but up-range models will be quieter and offer more refinement and features. If you are fit, entry-level models may not provide sufficient challenge.
Cons
Not suitable if you have problems with balance. Requires space within the home.
